Voting Terms and Conditions

This voting system has been set up for you to vote for your favourite motorcycle photograph. The promoter is Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd (Company No. 2600841) with registered office address of Trafalgar House, 110 Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1NU (“Carole Nash”).

To vote for your favourite motorcycling related photograph please first read these terms and conditions carefully and follow the procedure specified below.

Votes will only be accepted through: (the Website) without charge.

There may be high volumes of people voting, if you have difficulties getting your vote through the website then please wait and try again within the voting times specified below.

Voting commences on 3rd October 2018 and closes at midnight 14th October 2018.

Carole Nash may in its sole discretion change the rules for voting at any time.

There is no age restriction to vote.

Votes made outside the voting dates and times specified above will not be counted.

Voters may vote for their one favourite picture. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Carole Nash reserves the right to disqualify votes if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred.

Voters will not receive confirmation for their vote.

Ardonagh staff directly connected in any way are not eligible to vote.

Carole Nash do not accept any responsibility for any votes that may be lost or delayed through technical failure or problems with any telephone network, service provider, system server, website or software or otherwise which may result in any vote not being registered or recorded.

Carole Nash cannot promise that the website will be free from errors or be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. Carole Nash  will not be liable to you or to any other 3rd party in the event that all or any part of the website is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Carole Nash’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above, Carole Nash  does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any voter howsoever arising from participating in voting whether due to any error, omission or other cause by Carole Nash , its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The highest number of votes will determine the overall winners.

In the event of a tie the editors of Carole Nash will decide the winner.

If there is any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning voting or the operation of any part of the voting process the decision of Carole Nash  shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on your statutory rights you should contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.

These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the voter irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.



1.1 The Carole Nash Moto Foto competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Ardonagh group any company associated with Carole Nash Moto Foto competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Previous winners cannot enter the same photograph again.

1.2 Entrants must provide the entry details as specified when loading a picture. Only one image per entrant will be considered for the XX shortlisted by the judges. Use of false name or address, ie. a name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, or damaged entries. Any person loading images onto will need to keep a high-resolution version of the image. The person uploading must own all the rights to the picture and have permission to upload/use the photo.

We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to them. No entries can be returned and the promoter will enter into no correspondence. All images uploaded must be high resolution and a minimum of 4MB to be considers eligible for entry to Carole Nash Moto Foto.

1.3 The closing date for uploading pictures is midnight 30th September 2018. Any entries received after this date will not be considered. The public vote starts 3rd October 2018. Judges voting for the top 50 bikes will take place between 1st October and 2nd October 2018 and the public vote will take place between 3rd October and 14th October 2018 to pick the winner, runner up and third place . Voting closes at midnight on 14th October 2018.

1.4 The 12 finalists will be formally notified after the 14th October 2018. Only the finalists will be contacted personally. The finalists photograph, along with their name and motorcycle make/model/name will be featured in the Carole Nash Calendar for 2019.

1.5 The winner, runner up and third place will be announced on the Carole Nash stand at Motorcycle Live on Saturday 17th November 2018.

1.6 The winner, runner up and third place also need to be available for the Carole Nash Moto Foto competition press call, on the Carole Nash stand at Motorcycle Live on Saturday 17th November 2018. In the event that a winner is not available then the next placed finalist will be selected. Carole Nash will provide reasonable travel costs within the UK and Ireland and accommodation for the evening before the press call plus 2 tickets to the show for the winners and runner up and third place.

1.7 Winners agree that their name and image, in relation to the competition, may be used by Carole Nash for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels.


2.1 First prize – £1,000

Second prize – Shoei NXR Recounter Helmet

Third prize – Premier experience for 2019 at the Ron Haslam race school

2.2 The promoters are Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd, Trafalgar House, 110 Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA1 4 1NU.

2.3 The promoter accepts no responsibility for resultant loss or damage to persons or properties (other than death or personal injury due to negligence of the promoters or their agents) as a result of these prizes being awarded. We reserve the right to feature the names, photographs, and locations of winners in future promotions.

2.4 Values of prizes are correct at time of going to press. If for any reason, the prize is unavailable Carole Nash will substitute the prize to a greater or equal value.

3.1 We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw entries at any time. A list of all winners will be available by post after 7th December 2018 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Carole Nash Moto Foto Competition, Marketing Department, Trafalgar House, 110 Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1NU

3.3 These specific terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Carole Nash Insurance will use any personal data submitted by you in accordance with UK data protection legislation and only for the purposes of running the Prize Draw, unless otherwise stated at the time of entry. By entering this Prize Draw, we will use your personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw
